About this episode..lol
Kinda boring. I feel that they should have grown closer (FG & Kerim) by now...hopefully things will pick up. And opinion please, who feels what towards the bodyguard? I don't trust him..any thoughts?

Hi there,
You have to download the episode from the official page of FSN in youtube with a programe. I use Youtube Free Downloader. Make a folder, put the downloaded episode there and then the subtitles, which you can find here. And enjoy  :)
Here's the link to ep. 66http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWGhCteUjN8

Hope this will be helpful.
Greetings,
Denitsa

Thank you Erdal and Erkan for all of your effort and time! I usually cant wait for the subs so I watch it in Turkish :) I know some Turkish but not enough to understand everything! One day I hope I'll be close to fluent! Just wanted to throw a question out there does anyone know if "Hatırla Sevgili" is translated into English or any other language? It is such a great Turkish Dizi!!!

Fairydust said...

I dont think its boring! We as viewers have to understand that this series was written so that it would portray real life situations. As a female I'm sure that none of us would fall in love so quickly and be open with a man after being raped by three men at once! The writers are doing a great job portraying things as they would actually be in real life. After all this is not a fairy-tale, it's a story of a real human being in real life. That's just my opinion of course :)

Mariam N. said...

67 has not yet been posted on here. The episode is posted on youtube, but of course without sub titles. Usually, it takes almost a week after the episode is aired to have the sub titles ready here.

Mariam N. said...

I don't think the series is boring, I love it. I just didn't like this particular episode. I completely understand that this is trying to portray a real life issue, but at the same time, it IS a show and there needs to be stronger progression in their relationship. There's what, maybe 10 episodes left? And thanks for your opinion lol, I like having conversations with other people about the show and getting their feeling on it!

Mariam N. said...

Oh I hope you're righ! :)

Thank you so much for the translation! I like it so much and I am so impatient every time to see what is happening next. Great job! I'm waiting for the next episode. Greetings form Ruse, Bulgaria :)

hey i have too many question and i hope that someone would answer me :)) i want to know how many episodes left  and what do u expect for ending of this series

First of all I can't thank you enough for the utube uploads and this second method of adding the subtitles on the videos (even though it started out as a hassle;p but it worked out perfectly! :D

For Mac users all you have to do is this:

1) download the utube vids using Wondershare Free Youtube Downloader
2) download the subs from here
3) open the downloaded vids using VLC player
4) In VLC> go to > Video > Subtitles Track > Open file > then just open the subs .srt file and the subs shud work!

Hope this helps!

PS:  I'd like to know when ep 67 subs will be up?
PPS: Does anyone know how many eps are left of the series ?

Fairydust said...

I get your point of view :) but I'm sure that you will enjoy ep. 67 I already watched on youtube in Turkish lol since I can't wait for the subs thats how much I love this series!!! I wont give it away if you didn't watch it :) but there is some positive change. We have seen Fatmagul get close to Kerim and be intimate but whenever they are intimate something happens to kind of pull her apart from him!! Like when she slept in his bed and then Mustafa kidnaped her!!! Grrrr..But I also feel for Kerim because he is so good to her and so patient, but then again he really should be there for her!!! And btw I also like to discuss this with other people and get their take on it :)) But once again you will like ep 67 I am sure :))))

Mariam N. said...

HAHAAHA I am so like you too hun! I watch they day it's postedo n youtube! Mainly Thurs..I did like that episode very much. I can't wait for the subtitles, but I am thankful because a lot of people left EN comments under the video to allow the non-Turkish speakers get what's going on. I must say though, I felt bad for Mustafa..I won't give it for others who haven't watched it but I don't know I just felt his pain and he acted very well in this episode. I also felt terrible for Hacer...poor thing :(
Let's keep in touch with every episode lol

Olasaghir said...

please let me know how can i find the english sub for episode 67. also when are you going to upload episode 68. really thank you so much for your beautiful and much appreciated cooperation.

Fairydust said...

Hehehe!! Sure will keep in touch :) And yes I agree with you about Mustafa and Hacer as well! I actually cried for Mustafa it was very emotional! Where are you from Mariam? I live in Canada, but originally am from Bosnia :)

Mariam N. said...

I live in Canada as well, Ontario..I'm originally from Iraq, but I grew up here in Canada. Actually, I even lived in Turkey for over a year, sadly, I cannot recall the language!!

the subs are usually released tue or wed night unless we get an announcement saying otherwise. there are a total of 11 or 12 episodes left depending if the season will be 78 episodes or 79 episodes total. the final episode will air june 14

I have a few questions regarding the Turkish culture and these questions I hope won't be taken as an insult to your culture I'm just curious
1) if Turkey is a predominantly Muslim country why do people drink as if its normal
2) why do they appear to eat pork
3) why do they appear to date and take on lovers
4) and how do you practice the tenants of Islam
Or maybe Turkey isn't what it seems in the shows maybe there are religious people that perform all or some of the Islamic tenants and its just a few people that don't
just asking ?

Dada said...

I always wondered about all of that, too!:)

Erkan said...

Hello there, as you may know, Turkey is a secular country, regardless of its population being predominantly muslim.
Also, there are muslims that drink alcohol, eat pork, date and not practice some of the tenets of Islam, too. I believe they know what is a sin and what is not. Committing a sin or staying away from it is a person's own choice. We are not to judge. That's between the people and their God.

souad said...

My opinion in this matter is that these shows does not represent what Turkey's culture or religion is about, the purpose of these shows are for entertainment only. I saw pictures of Turkey's president daughter's Kubra Abdullah Gul wedding and she was preserving the Islamic dress code i.e little make up and covering her hair, the majority of guest were doing the same, this is something I haven't seen in any Muslim country and it is very admirable.
Also I have a Turkish friend and although she is young and deaf she has a clear idea of Islam, when she was asked whether muslim women should wear hijab she answered that it is something that should comes from the heart because if someone, like a husband or a father, makes you wear it then it will be only pretense, you may go and do all the non Islamic things while you are wearing it
I agree with you, religion is a personal thing and we shouldn't judge. "Let He Who Is Without Sin Cast The First Stone"

i do! but i really really wish I am wrong

Pop Dorina said...

thanks  from Romania,You effort is much appreciated.

Narcis said...

i think the producers like other turkish series just dont like to show the muslim side. i mean even in the scenes in the city, you dont see even one woman with hijab! turkey is trying really hard to be like other european countries and join the EU.

Honestly, the customers in Rose Kitchen were so rude, can't they leave Fatmagul alone? If you want to eat just eat, you don't need to know about other people's personal life!
